That’s the amount of ice time Mike had last night, he really is a beast. 1 assist, 4 hits and he finished + 1. I really love watching him play, he plays defense so well it’s almost art, okay sorry for that, it’s kind of corny, but it’s true!!
The Caps will now be able to rest until Saturday’s game in Buffalo, they are now 1st in the division but Carolina does have a game in hand, so we gotta keep winning.
Okay guys, sorry for not writting in a while, but I’m back now and expect to write anytime I have news or the following day (sometimes the same night) the Caps play.
I’m really excited this season, so far 4 goals and 3 assists in 8 games, it’s a great start.
I would also like to with the best to Ovechkin’s grandfather and hope he returns soon.
So I’ve added a second card to my Mike Green hockey card collection, and it’s another autograph. I actually bought it last night, but paid for it this morning, I will post a better picture of both cards and create a new section dedicated to my card collection when I receive them, until then here’s the info…

I’m testing a new add-on for firefox I’ve added called Deepest Sender, instead of logging in to the site, I’m posting directly via a window opened by firefox.
I’m happy to say I’ve made my first purchase today for my Mike Green collection in the form of a hockey card off eBay.

- 2006-07 Be A Player Signatures #MG
I’ve been following Mike Green since he started playing in the National Hockey League with the Washington Capitals back in the 2005-2006 season. I’ve always liked his style of play, but it was only last year that I really started to take notice, he’s quite the force on the ice on every shift.
After his breakout offensive season, people are starting to take notice, mostly because of the 18 goals and 56 points he had in 2007-2008. In my opinion he is in the top ten defensemen in the NHL right now, and should be there and higher for a long time to come.
Through this blog, I plan on following his carreer and sharing my thoughts and finds about him and other hockey related news.
